Air shower is a kind of partial clean equipment which is installed at the partition between the clean and non-clean rooms. It’s used for people and goods to shower before entering the clean area. After using it, the dust could effectively be reduced to enter the clean area and maintain the normal working status. Auto sliding doors for air shower, it is suitable for people and goods.
Air Shower equipped with PRE filter and HEPA filter, by double-layers filtration system to ensure high air cleanness level.
Air shower is widely used in LCD and electronic Display, PCB, microelectronics, dust-free coating, aseptic packaging, medical care, Pharmacy,auto glass and precision parts.
We can assembly air showers or passages in various lengths as per the number of people that may enter into the clean room.
Shower means: one side shower, double sides shower, three sides shower, top shower.
Features:
1. The control system run automatically by photoelectric sensor, entrance and exit doors open and closed automatically, if you press the E-stop bottom, the doors will open in the same time if there is a emergency.
2. Air shower time from 0 to 99 seconds which can be adjustable
3. Adopt Primary filter and HEPA filter
4. The door, bottom-board, nozzles are used of stainless steel, good appearance.
5. When air shower is used to pass cargo, it is without bottom-board.
